Returns - you have a 30-day cooling-off period
Returns Due to Cancellation You have fourteen (14) business days from the delivery date of your order to return any item that does not meet your expectations, in its original packaging and in good condition, suitable for resale, and request an exchange or refund without penalty, except for return shipping costs. You therefore have fourteen (14) days to notify us that you wish to cancel your order so that our customer service team can issue you a return authorization number. The product must be returned in good condition and in its original packaging—even if the packaging has been opened—with all of its contents (accessories, cords, instructions, etc.). Return shipping costs in the event of withdrawal are the customer’s responsibility. Returns for Defective Products In the event of product damage or a shipping error, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return label so you can return the product for an exchange.
