Returns - you have a 30-day cooling-off period
You can return products free of charge within 30 days of placing your order. To return a product, follow these steps: You can easily register your return through our returns portal. To do so, follow the steps below: 1. Go to our returns portal: https://le-coq-wielerartikelen.returnless.com/fr 2. Follow the instructions on the website to register your return. 3. You will receive a prepaid return label with instructions. 4. You then have 14 days to return the item. 5. No later than 14 days after Le Coq Wielerartikelen receives the returned package, your money will be refunded to your account. This allows you to register your return quickly and easily. If you have any further questions, we’re of course here to help! IMPORTANT TO KNOW: - Products we sell cannot be returned to Alltricks (not even at one of their stores). - Products can only be returned if they have not been used, washed, or damaged, and are accompanied by their accessories/parts and in their original packaging. If the product’s seal is broken, it cannot be returned (e.g., hygiene-sensitive products). - If a product is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately so we can work with you to find a solution. - When returning an order, be sure to include the shipping label and/or a return form (otherwise the return cannot be processed). - Always request and keep proof of delivery in case the package goes missing by mistake. - Once we have received the product in good condition, you will receive a confirmation email, and the order amount (if applicable) will be refunded by Alltricks within 14 days.
