Where can I find my invoice?

For an item shipped by Alltricks:

You can download the invoice as soon as your order is shipped by following these steps: Go to your customer account and access the “My Orders & Returns” page. Click on the order reference. Click the “View My Invoice” button.


For an item shipped by a partner seller:

- Log in to “My Account,” then go to “My Orders & Returns.” Select the item(s) and quantity, then click on “Contact the seller.”

- Select the reason for your request from the dropdown menu.

- Add a comment.

- Click Send.

- You will receive the seller’s response in your message inbox.
