What advice do you have for when my parcel is delivered?

Check the contents of your parcel in the presence of the delivery person. If your parcel is damaged or incomplete, you can refuse it. If you accept it, you must make a note of any issues and take a photo of the box or the defective item so you can contact us within 24 hours.

Be especially careful when receiving a bike. Unpack it in the presence of the delivery person to ensure it has not been damaged during transport.

Alltricks will not be able to process any claims for damage or missing items if you did not report the issue to the delivery person.
