When a refund is requested, it is automatically sent to Oney, which adjusts your financing accordingly.
Oney may then reduce or cancel your installments, starting from the last one and moving backward to the first, depending on the refund amount.
If a refund (partial or full) of installments already charged is necessary, Oney will process it directly to the bank card used when creating the financing.
You will receive an email detailing these adjustments, and you can also find this information in your Oney customer area. Example: For a 4x payment of €100 (4 x €25), with a refund request made in the first month of financing: Refund of €15: This amount will be deducted from the last installment.
Refund of €30: The 4th installment will be completely canceled, and the 3rd installment will be reduced by €5. Refund of €95: The three remaining installments will be canceled, and €20 from the initial payment will be refunded to your bank card within a few days.
