You can request a refund from the My Credits page in your customer account by clicking the Request a Refund button. The refund will then be processed using the payment method you used for the order.
You will receive an immediate confirmation if the refund has been successfully processed. It will then appear in your bank account within 24 to 72 hours.
If the refund cannot be processed automatically, you will be asked to provide your bank details (IBAN and BIC) so that we can issue a transfer.
