Two-factor authentication (also called “two-step”) is required to secure your payment and help prevent fraud.
When confirming your order, you will be redirected to your bank’s confirmation page, which will ask you to validate the transaction using your fingerprint, facial recognition, or voice through your banking app on your phone.
This strong authentication may be called SécuriPass, Certicode Plus, Digital Key, etc., depending on the bank.
If you do not have a smartphone or do not wish to use your bank’s app, authentication can be done using a one-time SMS code combined with a personal password you know. This must be activated beforehand by your bank.
