Alltricks offers two service packages when you purchase your bike:
Serenity Pack and Comfort Pack.
Serenity Pack – €199
- Express Delivery: Enjoy fast 24-hour delivery to receive your bike sooner.
- 100% Assembled Bike: Your bike is fully assembled, checked, and adjusted by our expert mechanics. This includes checking tires, suspensions, and other adjustments.
- Priority Access to Our Experts for 1 Year: Get priority access to our team of experts for any questions or technical assistance.
- Free Bike Marking: Anti-theft marking of your bike worth €19.99 offered by Alltricks.
- 3 In-Store Bike Check-Ups: Get up to 3 free check-ups in our Alltricks stores, valid within 2 years of purchase.
- Labor for Maintenance Included: Labor for your bike maintenance is included in this pack, helping you keep your bike in perfect condition at no extra cost.
Comfort Pack – €69
- 100% Assembled Bike: Just like the Serenity Pack, your bike is fully assembled by our experts.
- Priority Access to Our Experts for 3 Months: Enjoy priority access to our experts for 3 months.
- Free Bike Marking: Anti-theft marking of your bike worth €19.99 offered by Alltricks.
- 1 In-Store Bike Check-Up: One free check-up within 3 months of your bike purchase is included.
Additional Information:
100% assembly means the bike is fully assembled, adjusted, and ready to use, except for the front wheel and pedals (removed for ecological reasons during transport).
The free check-ups are only valid in Alltricks stores and depend on the purchase period (up to 2 years for the Serenity Pack and 3 months for the Comfort Pack).
