These aluminum wheels are an obvious choice for anyone who wants to easily replace their original wheels with a higher performance model. The Ksyrium S gives a performance boost to any bike. It's an accessible gateway to Mavic quality, without taking shortcuts.
The Ksyrium S weighs 60g less than the previous Ksyrium UST while being wider, stronger and more laterally rigid. Fore technology enhances stiffness. The rim's upper deck is not drilled, which optimizes its strength and stiffness, and eliminates the need for a rim tape: that's another 30g saved on each wheel.

With the new rim upper deck profile, mounting and demounting a tire has never been easier; our UST Tubeless technology reduces rolling resistance and increases grip while limiting the risk of punctures. These rims are made in France, in our aluminum rim factory. The new Infinity hub platform optimizes stiffness and power transfer with carefully tuned spoke tension.

The Instant Drive 360 freewheel body with QRM Auto bearing adjustment ensures fast engagement, good stiffness and increased durability. The Ksyrium S is fast, and it shows. The matte paint on the hubs, the invisible welds and the black color of the spokes give the wheel a strong and unique visual identity. It can be equipped with Shimano cassettes, and is convertible to Campagnolo or XD-Road by means of optional freewheel bodies.
