Description

What size do you need?

Choosing the right sized bike depends on the type of bike, your height, your riding style, and your preference. A correct fitting bike will be more comfortable, more efficient and more fun to ride

Measure yourself accurately

To get started, measure your height and use the size chart available on each product description.

What to do if you are in between bike sizes?

If you are on the edge of two different bike sizes, don't worry, you'll probably be ok on either size (rather than thinking that one size will be awful and the other will fit). Indeed, bikes are adjustable: the seatpost can slide up and down, the saddle can move backwards and forwards and you can even switch out parts like the stem for different sized ones to help the bike fit better.

Finding out whether or not you should pick a bigger or a smaller frame is sometimes as simple as personal preference, but there are a few simple ways to work out which might suit best:
  • If you’re flexible, you might prefer a shorter head tube, so the smaller size might work out better for you. You can use a longer stem to make the reach more comfortable.
  • On a bigger bike, the reach to the handlebars will be longer. This means that if you have proportionally longer arms, you might be more comfortable on a bigger frame.

The Cannondale Topstone EQ, is a talented and versatile gravel bike. It's designed to go far, explore the roads less traveled or speed up your daily commute. The Topstone's SmartForm C2 aluminum frame construction is the result of decades of Cannondale's experience working with aluminum. It provides a balanced riding position: high enough for long-distance comfort and control on rough terrain, and leaning forward enough for speed.

With mounts for three water bottles and top tube storage, the Topstone is ready for long adventures. Multiple bottle cage positions on the down tube let you organize the installation of large frame bags. Its frame has plenty of clearance for large 42mm wide tires for comfort, grip and adventure. Its all-carbon fork features a tapered steerer tube and 12mm thru axles for a light, comfortable front triangle and precise steering.

OutFront technology provides light, maneuverable steering with forward wheel positioning for improved stability and control on rough terrain. Plus, there's less chance of toe-to-front wheel overlap on smaller frame sizes. The Topstone's frame is designed to accommodate a 27.2mm telescopic seatpost with internal cable routing, which shouldn't be a big surprise for a bike with such off-road capabilities. Finally, a removable mudguard hoop screws on when you need mudguards, and removes when you no longer need them.

Main features:

  • A versatile, high-performance gravel bike.
  • Shimano GRX 2x10-speed transmission.
  • Shimano GRX 400 hydraulic disc brakes, 160/160mm.
  • Mudguards, headlights and luggage rack included.
