Buying guide

The RS S11 features an all-new fabric on the sleeves, which is lighter than the previous version without compromising on compression or the second-skin fit. The new fabric is also textured to improve aerodynamics in aggressive riding positions, reducing drag on the leading edge of the body. The main body in miniCheck Tex remains identical to that of the previous model, offering ultra-lightweight and ultra-breathable comfort as well as compressive, form-fitting support; the rear hem is now stabilized by the new PILtec Plug-In technology, which combines an ultralight fabric strip with micro-silicone dots to maintain the fit during climbs, sprints, or cornering—even when wet.

DETAILS:

The open-weave 3D miniCheck Tex fabric offers high breathability, excellent elasticity, UPF 25 protection, and the signature ASSOS texture on the front. The pockets are anchored by a Stabilizer V11 rear panel, which provides hypercooling breathability; due to its lightness (UPF 15), we recommend applying sunscreen underneath. It also enhances stability, preventing sagging and movement when the pockets are loaded. The sleeves use the new 550CX warp-knit fabric, offering UPF 35 protection and a wraparound bistretch fit with inherent aerodynamic properties.
The racingFit is an aerodynamic, second-skin silhouette, designed based on WorldTour feedback and validated by WorldTour results. Compression fabrics, micro-optimized adjustments, and low-volume raw-edge hems and cuffs define racingFit as the ultimate speed series.
Raw Cut & Bonded: sleeves, hem, and zipper feature raw-cut edges and are bonded/heat-sealed to eliminate bulk and maintain clean, elegant lines throughout the jersey’s construction
Triple Ramp Pockets: Soft fabric panels sewn into the pockets create stabilizing “lids” that secure the contents while protecting against rain and spray
PILtec Plug-In: the rear hem incorporates a lightweight, ultra-breathable fabric strip with microdot silicone treatment, which stabilizes the back panel and maintains grip even when wet.
