The Rains Long Quilted Parka is a longer version of the Quilted Parka. It features a hood with drawstring and quick-release fastener, adjustable cuffs with elastic bands, and invisible adjustable drawstrings with quick-release fasteners at the waist. This waterproof, lightweight jacket with a matte finish will keep you dry in wet weather.
