Description

Black Bearing bearings are "hybrid" bearings, more commonly known as "ceramic" bearings.
These bearings meet the demands of cycling (road, mountain biking, time trials, cyclo-cross, etc.) and are used for wheels, cranksets, derailleur pulleys, etc.

Product advantages:

Weight reduction (ceramic density < steel density)
Withstands very high speeds
Much longer service life (several times that of a standard bearing)
Less friction = less loss when pedaling
Improved rigidity
Greater precision
Better mechanical characteristics (hardness, compressive strength, etc.)

Details:

Dimensions: 15 x 28 x 7 mm
Inner and outer rings made of treated stainless steel for improved mechanical strength.
Silicon nitride balls
Steel cage
Specific seals: LB (better fluidity, less friction), LU (better sealing, better protection against water, mud, and dust)
Grease specially adapted for ceramic bearings
Sold individually
