R45 Centerlock™ hubs combine a lightweight hub body, our legendary in-house manufactured bearings and Centerlock compatibility. The result: a better ride, longer life, cooler sound and a more attractive look than anything else out there.

On top of all that, this hub's 45 simultaneous engagement points improve power transfer and traction with our patented RingDrive™ system.

Our bearings, whether steel or ceramic, feature surgical-grade steel rings that are heat-treated and machined simultaneously to ensure a perfect match. The quality and speed of our bearings is what you'll feel (and hear) with every outing. As Chris King bearings wear, they get faster and faster. A little regular love (i.e. maintenance) will keep this hub running for years and years of demanding use.
