How does it work?

Install the saddle in an optimal, horizontal riding position. Make sure the AC adapter is in the OFF position, then plug it into the saddle from the rear.
Set a timer with an audible signal according to the rider's weight via the link below. Start the timer and switch on the device at the same time. Once the timer has run down, switch the AC adapter off and disconnect it from the saddle.
Start pedaling IMMEDIATELY! Maintain the same cadence for 10 minutes, changing position every 30 seconds to a minute while the saddle forms and cools.
