The SQlab 611 Ergowave® active 2.1 saddle is designed to meet the demands of all-mountain and enduro riding. The undulating shape of the saddle and the high rear end ensure a perfect rearward support and an optimal distribution of pressure to the deep structures of the body, which considerably improves the transmission of power to the pedal. The lowered nose, in combination with the saddle channel, creates more space and clearance for the perineal area for women and men. The cushioning material has been specially adapted to the demands of mountain biking and has more cushioning in rough terrain. The high-quality Kevlar cover protects the particularly stressed areas of the saddle. The 611 Ergowave® active 2.1

has been improved in terms of form, function and comfort for long climbs and descents on mountain bikes. The 611 Ergowave® active 2.1 features active technology with a smoother and lighter motion with less weight. SQlab active saddle technology means the saddle follows the pedaling motion, increasing comfort, mobilizing the intervertebral discs and minimizing pressure on the ischiums.

  • Perfect fit: A prerequisite for maximum comfort and relief is the coordinated saddle width, so that it is guaranteed that your ischiums rest completely on the saddle. This is the only way to properly relieve the sensitive perineal area in men and the generally lower pubic arch in women.
  • Elegant rear and lower saddle nose: The raised rear section offers more support to the rear and ensures efficient power transmission. The flat, lowered seat nose applies less pressure to sensitive areas in both men and women.
  • Saddle channel: The slight depression in the middle of the saddle reduces pressure on sensitive points in the perineal area.
  • Energy saving: the Ergowave wave profile that contours from back to front offers a perfect fit for most ischials. The rider does not need to sit in an inefficient and tiring sitting position and all energy can be used for forward propulsion.
  • Relief of the intervertebral discs: the mechanically similar lateral movement of the bio-pelvis of the SQlab active technology, up to 7°, increases the efficiency of the pedaling movement. At the same time, the pressure on the intervertebral discs is relieved and the comfort in the ischial area is increased.
