Chill Zone™ is arguably the industry's most advanced anti-rust penetrating lubricant. It simply works like magic! Before you abandon a frozen crank bolt, a rusty derailleur spring, a seized seatpost or scrap your rusty chain, give Chill Zone™ a chance. Bike parts that would normally need replacing can be reconditioned to ride another day.
A special refrigerant gas freezes metal down to -50°F/-45°C. This causes the metal to shrink and the temperature to rise. This causes the metal to shrink, creating micro-cracks in corroded and galvanically fused metal parts. A penetrating release agent then breaks down the rust and carries it away. With Chill Zone, most seized parts are restored to full functionality.

- How to use: Simply spray the rusted part for 10-20 seconds and wait 2-3 minutes for the release agent to fully penetrate and break down the rust. For heavily rusted welded parts, spray for longer (30 to 60 seconds) to achieve maximum freezing effect, then wait ten minutes to an hour for the rust to disintegrate completely. When reconditioning a bicycle chain, soak a small section at a time.
