Description
Easton Direct Mount Decks utilize a Narrow / Wide design specifically tailored for road / cx / gravel applications. The individual tooth profile has changed from the traditional symmetrical shape to the specific directional design with the intention of creating positive chain engagement to facilitate chain retention, essential to prevent chain derailment and jumping on rough terrain. Combined with taller teeth, Easton chainrings can be used without a guide bar.
All Easton chainrings feature the Cinch Direct Mount System, which allows for quick switching. The use of the Cinch DM System also provides significant weight savings.
Optimized for 11-speed drivetrains, but compatible with 9- and 10-speed chains, as well as 12-speed Eagle and 12-speed Campagnolo.
Not compatible with Flattop AXS or 13-speed Campagnolo.
