The box used is therefore lighter and less bulky. All you have to do is reassemble them and enjoy your new bike. We recommend adjusting the saddle height, tire pressure, and suspensions according to your preferences.

Chemical index >100 (Coconut Bar = 101): The chemical index measures the quality of a protein or protein blend by comparing its amino acid profile to an ideal reference protein. A value >100 means that this bar provides all essential amino acids in sufficient quantity, guaranteeing excellent protein quality, a key factor for muscle recovery and growth.
Leucine content (1.3 g / bar): Branched-chain amino acids, including Leucine, appear to play a fundamental role in modulating muscle protein synthesis. (ANSES, 2007. The average leucine requirement estimated by ANSES experts is 39 mg/ kg body weight/day, i.e. between 2.34 and 3.12 g per day for a 60-80 kg adult.
