And more than compotes, they're energy purées! Why do we call them purees? Because it's a compote, only better: it contains only the fruit's natural sugar, so there's no added sugar!

The ingredients :
Mango puree* 40%, apple puree*, date puree*, banana puree*, passion fruit puree* 6%, extra virgin olive oil*, tapioca starch*, mint juice* 0.2%, turmeric powder*, ginger powder* 0.05%.
Organic nutritional purée made with gluten-free and vegan ingredients. No added sugars and moderate glycemic index. Contains naturally occurring sugars.

A puree every 30 minutes on average for intense efforts.
