• Dissolve 1 sachet in 500 ml of water and drink the day before key events and training sessions
• Dissolve 1 sachet in 500 ml water and drink 90 minutes before starting key events and training sessions. Try to finish your drink at least 45 minutes before you start to allow your body to absorb the liquid properly.
