DETAILS:

• We recommend taking 1 Energy Fruit Mix regularly, every 45 minutes to 1 hour during exercise (the idea is to provide 30g of carbohydrates per hour for efforts of less than 3 hours). For those in a hurry or with little forethought, remember to hydrate regularly (around 500ml of water per hour).
• These fruit mixes are made in Belgium. What about anti-doping standards? The product complies with the AFNOR NF V94-001 anti-doping standard at the date of manufacture of the batch.
