Thanks to a recipe developed in the double-starred kitchen of our chef Yoann Conte and our nutrition expert Benoit Nave, the new Baouw Natural Energy Gel combines performance, naturalness and pleasure. Unlike conventional energy gel, which is usually made with water, maltodextrin or glucose syrup, which can cause digestive problems and put your health at risk, Baouw energy gel is made with natural, 100% organic ingredients. The high fruit content gives you natural sugar with no glycemic spike, and blends perfectly with agave syrup.

The glycemic index of agave syrup is particularly low: only 15, compared with 100 for glucose syrup and 90 on average for maltodextrin. Olive oil provides a source of good lipids that can be used directly during exercise, helping to smooth blood sugar levels. Baouw energy gel ingredients are naturally rich in essential vitamins and micronutrients, including calcium, magnesium, iron and potassium.

Agave syrup*, strawberry puree* 26.2%, raspberry puree* 19.2%, blueberry puree* 9.5%, extra virgin olive oil*, tapioca starch*, hibiscus flower powder* 0.6%, rosehip puree*, lemon juice concentrate*.

Tasting advice :

During a sports session, 1 to 2 gels per hour depending on intensity to be consumed pure or diluted in your flask with 500ml of water.
