Isostar High Protein 25 bars contain proteins for muscle rebuilding and maintenance, and carbohydrates for the energy needed for muscle contraction. The bars also contain vitamins:

- Vitamins B1, B2, PP, B6 and C contribute to normal energy metabolism.
- Vitamins B2 and B6 contribute to the formation of red blood cells, which play a fundamental role in the oxygenation of tissues, particularly muscle tissue.
- Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
- Vitamin C helps reduce fatigue.
