You found the old version too sticky in its packaging and therefore not easy to eat while straining. So, concretely, how does Aptonia remedy this problem?

The brand added two stabilizing ingredients to the recipe:

- citric acid (present in lemon),

- and sodium citrate obtained from the latter.

Verdict? Lesos 50 testers validated it with a full mouth, both in terms of taste and its melting texture ... and non-sticky!

WHY IS THERE APPLE OR PEAR IN YOUR FRUIT PASTE?

This is an existential question, especially when the scent you've chosen is called citrus, or strawberry-cranberry. 60g of carbohydrates (= sugars) per hour of sport performed, this is what nutritionists recommend for efforts greater than 3 hours. For this 25g fruit paste, there are 21g of carbohydrates, including 16g of simple sugars (the ones that give you a boost). Aptonia therefore advises you to bite into your first bar after 30 minutes of activity, i.e. two per hour (or one + one gel / one bar), and in addition to an isotonic drink.

TOO EASY TO OPEN AND CLOSE!
