Machined with surgical precision from a solid block of aluminum using CNC technology, it delivers down-hill-worthy power while maintaining a weight perfectly suited to the demands of cross-country riding.

Large-diameter pistons combined with a generous oil volume unleash the Race Pro’s full potential. Every detail is designed to optimize the power-to-weight ratio. Both the master cylinder and the caliper are forged and then precision-machined via CNC. The result is a true work of art in aluminum, crafted down to the finest detail. Its bold and radical design does not go unnoticed. Here, nothing is left to chance, as every gram saved and every machining operation meets a specific performance requirement.

The signature design of the legendary radial master cylinder, combined with direct mechanical leverage, ensures immediate and efficient transmission of every finger press into braking power. Thanks to its ball-bearing-mounted lever and low-friction piston chamber, the Race Pro offers remarkable smoothness and precision. Every movement is transmitted with optimal efficiency, allowing you to push the braking point further and further while maintaining total control, even on the steepest descents. The result is tenfold braking power, incisive bite, and reduced finger effort. Less arm fatigue, more comfort, and greater control—even during long, challenging descents. Compared to the Gustav Pro, the Race Pro delivers 16% more braking power.

Despite its light weight, every component of the system has been engineered to ensure maximum stiffness and uncompromising performance. Thanks to the exclusive forged monoblock caliper design, every squeeze of the lever is immediately converted into braking power, transmitted directly to the pads. The caliper’s exceptional rigidity, combined with reduced hydraulic pressure within the system, is the key to powerful, precise, and perfectly controlled braking. The result: 20% less lever flex compared to the MT7, for a more direct feel and maximum efficiency.
