Description

With the new Cura 4 Kashima, Formula is once again pushing the boundaries of high-performance mountain bike braking. As the successor to the renowned Cura, this four-piston brake features meticulous attention to every detail to deliver an even smoother, more precise, and more customizable riding experience—without compromising on power, consistency, or reliability. Its biggest selling point? The prestigious Kashima Coat® finish, applied to the master cylinder pistons in Japan by Miyaki. Already recognized in the world of high-end suspension systems, this exclusive treatment reduces friction to deliver a smoother lever feel, a more fluid touch, and consistent response, regardless of conditions.

True to the DNA of the Cura line, the Cura 4 Kashima combines a fully forged and anodized construction with a design engineered to blend strength, lightness, and durability. Its distinctive coating also provides a premium finish, directly inspired by racing technologies. Power, control, and refinement: the Cura 4 Kashima embodies a new vision of high-performance braking. A brake designed for demanding riders who seek precise modulation, optimal feel, and a level of customization that matches their ambitions.
