Trickstuff brake discs are not only head- turners - they are also made of high-quality, vacuum-hardened stainless steel, which has up to 25% higher tensile strength than conventional discs. The key advantage - durability and consistent performance under heat. The disc thickness provides optimum heat capacity and fading stability. Depending on the size and type of the brake disc, disc thickness as well as weight are optimally adjusted to the respective requirements. The sophisticated hole patterns in the friction ring provide consistent pad cleaning to prevent glazing of the brake pads. And that's not the end of it. The minimal disc thickness variation (DTV) ensures that the disc runs smoothly and significantly reduces vibrations. Our brake discs are also equipped with a "Dächle", which is the regional dialect for "little roof". The bevelled shape of the outer edge of the disc makes it easier to install the wheel. Trickstuff brake discs are compatible with all common disc brakes.
With Trickstuff's Dächle Disc UL you save watts on the climb to burn them on the descent. With its smart features and bold design, you will stand out from the crowd. It is as ultra-light as possible, but as strong as necessary and thus a sophisticated balance of high performance and low weight. The slim spokes and the UL hole pattern save material and prevent glazing of the brake pads. At the same time, the appropriate disc thickness of 1.85-2.05 mm, depending on the disc diameter, provides the ability to optimally absorb and dissipate the arising braking heat. Thus, fading stability is ensured. A victory in every respect.
