The Bikone DCTech BB86/92 Oversized bottom bracket is made for damaged frames that have played during the assembly, creating creaks, compatible with road (BB86) and mountain (BB92) bikes.
Note: For a correct compatibility, mountain cranks should be always mounted on mountain frames and road cranks on road frames.
Main features:
- Oversized: We all know the problems that this part of the bicycle can cause, sometimes the frames can wear out with use and become oversized. There was no solution for this type of issue, until now! If your bottom bracket goes in too soft even by hand, maybe it’s time to switch to the only oversized bottom bracket on the market with Bikone.
- Dual Cup Technology: Two aluminum cups that perfectly align bearings on both sides, creating a solid center joint that eliminates any noise or movements issues.
- This bottom bracket uses Chromium Steel Bearings (ABEC5 /P5 – 2RS).
- The cups of our bottom brackets are made from 6061 Aluminum, a high-strength aerospace-grade aluminum on which we apply a T6 treatment. That makes the material harder and more durable, ensuring that our cups maintain top performance over time.
- Fully sealed: Axial seals on bearings and fully sealed on all surfaces.
