Tempo Overcurve R4 is a versatile, high-performance road cycling shoe that's quick and easy to put on.it's designed to suit a wide range of cyclists and many types of rides. This shoe has been created to offer an essential timeless look: the classic considerations of a road shoe have been redefined with a distinct fizik identity and elegant fitted construction. Iridescent options add a new touch to this style.
Overcurve construction features an offset collar that wraps around the ankle, retracing the natural misalignment of the ankle's two bony protrusions: the lateral and medial malleoli.
The result is an asymmetrical shape, with the throat of the shoe curving over the foot from outside to inside.
Closure is fast and secure, with a single Boa® IP1-B micro-adjustable dial.
The new moderately stiff R4 outsole - with 15% infused carbon fiber - balances comfort and pedaling efficiency to make it a true all-rounder. It also provides effective ventilation and internal channeling for temperature management, and features cleat positioning well suited to aggressive aerodynamic positions.
