Developing new shoes is like improving your favorite recipe: you keep the same base with a little variation. True to the ION image with a perfect blend of grip, durability, ease of use and style, the flat pedal shoe continues to evolve. The main ingredient, a Pin Tonic 2.0 outsole design, is a new and even more delicious version to satisfy any rider hungry for an all-day ride. The new outsole profile comes with positive hooks in the forefoot and heel for perfect traction when pushing or carrying a bike. The negative lugs provide perfect grip and space for the lugs. In addition, the SUPTraction is equipped with a stickier rubber compound. Completely changing the recipe is not always the right solution, the Scrub Select is equipped with a comfortable EVA midsole and insole. Since grip is only one component of power transmission, the entire front toe area has a lower section for maximum pedal contact. Grip is not enough to make a good cycling shoe, so these have rock and root protection in the toe area and protect the ankles from the cranks (Ankle_Pad). Show your taste with this technical but stylish flat pedal shoe.

ION's outsole features a convex profile on the forefoot and heel for perfect grip when you need to push or carry your bike. The concave profile, meanwhile, ensures perfect grip and room for the spikes when riding. On top, the SUPTraction_Rubbercompund provides all the grip you need.
  • Welded reinforcements on the most exposed areas.
  • Stows your laces so they don't get caught on your chain or roots.
  • Extra padding to protect your lower ankles
