Right Lever Campagnolo Super Record EPS disc 12V :
The shape and functionality of the new Ergopower EPS 12-speed are the result of a meticulous study aimed at guaranteeing the most efficient and effective ergonomics possible. The shape of the brake lever, which benefits from the new 12-speed design, is the result of the meticulous studies on hand ergonomics carried out in the Campy Tech Lab. Together with the positioning of the downshift lever, the brake lever provides the rider with an intuitive, practical and comfortable "control centre".
Multishifting technology, the ability to change multiple sprockets with a single operation, is applied to the entire 12-speed sprocket set: using the MyCampy app, you can customise your new Super Record EPS groupset to move up or down up to 11 sprockets with a single click. The Multi-Dome technology, also developed by the Campy Tech Lab thanks to its close collaboration with professional athletes sponsored by Campagnolo, has made it possible to achieve the perfect balance between the actuating force and the tactile response that makes the actuation felt.
Finally, the Ergopower control has the task of giving the athlete total control over the drivetrain functions, the instrument of which is the MODE button, placed just behind the rear derailleur dropout lever on both the left and right controls. By simply pressing the MODE button, the rider can check the battery charge, make precise adjustments to the rear or front derailleurs (even while pedalling) and check all types of diagnosis.
Rear Brake Caliper Super Record EPS disc 12V :
Campagnolo flat-mount brake calipers provide powerful and adjustable braking in all situations thanks to the 22-mm diameter pistons. The pad return is now optimised to ensure no friction when the brake lever is released. A special metal plate placed between the pad and the caliper piston dampens vibrations during braking.
The various Campagnolo brake calipers have been designed to be fitted in combination with the disc chosen by the user to ensure high performance at all times: it is possible to choose between a caliper with a 140 mm diameter disc (reserved for cyclists weighing no more than 82 kg) or a 160 mm diameter disc. Particular attention has also been paid to facilitate maintenance and assembly operations: the pads have a wear indicator and their replacement is facilitated by the absence of physical return springs. The entry of the disc into the caliper has been carefully designed to facilitate and accelerate wheel change.
