Thanks to lightweight carbon rims that make no concessions to strength, the E-Crosstrail SL Carbon 29 considerably reduce inertia for better acceleration and increased control. The steel spokes, designed by our teams at the foot of the French Alps, are also lighter, improving vertical compliance and control for greater confidence on uneven terrain. Finally, the new Infinity hub with 28 steel spokes maintains high lateral stiffness for optimal stability when cornering. You'll love dancing on the trails.

Designed to handle the high torque of e-bike motors, this robust, high-performance wheel is fitted with a wide 30 mm rim, which adds extra rigidity and precision when cornering, allowing you to negotiate corners with absolute confidence.

Like all Mavic wheels, the E-Crosstrail SL Carbon 29 has been designed with durability and repairability at the top of our priorities, with an ultra-reliable ID360 freewheel and tubeless system for easy tire mounting, all to save time and energy when servicing your wheels. For extra peace of mind, the E-Crosstrail SL Carbon 29 wheels come with two spare spokes per wheel, so you can go out and make trouble without having to start all over again in the workshop.

Purpose-built for off-road E-bikes: Wider 30 mm (internal) rim adds stiffness and cornering precision. Engineered for the added torque of E-bike motors with 28 threaded three-cross spokes that further boost lateral stiffness.
Low maintenance and easy to use: Ultra-reliable and low maintenance ID360 freewheel system. User-friendly tubeless system eases tire mounting. Delivered with spare spokes, reparable for over 5 years.

Instant Drive 360 freewheel technology: The Instant Drive 360 freewheel system is super light and efficient. A large contactless rubber seal provides low friction, while a wide array of end caps makes it super versatile.
UST Tubeless technology: Traction and control. Universal Standard for Tubeless. Ready to ride tubeless system. The UST concept improves traction, control and comfort whilst reducing inertia and flats.
Infinity hub design: Efficient power transfer thanks to optimised non-contact spoke lacing (no noise under load) and tension distribution. The length of the spokes at the front and rear is identical. Maintenance is easy thanks to a tool-free solution.
QRM Auto bearing preload technology: Qualité de Roulements Mavic Auto (QRM Auto). Those cartridge bearings are of course double sealed with C3 internal clearance. Their preload is automatically adjusted to guarantee a perfect spin with no play on the long run.
