How do I submit a product review?
Go to the page of the product you want to review
You can also submit reviews on items that you have not ordered on the Alltricks website if you have actually tested or used them.
Click on the tab "USERS' OPINIONS".
Then on the button « Write a review » or on the link "Be the first to write a review about this product" si le produit n’a pas if the product has not yet been reviewed.
We regularly send emails asking for your opinion on products purchased on the site, which include links allowing you to leave your opinion without going through the site.
Tip: if you want to find all the products you have ordered from Alltricks in your mailbox, just type "alltricks what rating would you give" in the search box.
Rate the product
You then simply need to fill in the form provided for this purpose. Some fields are compulsory: general rating of the product (number of stars), title and comment, nickname, email (not visible to other users), and some information about your practice in order to better inform the community.
This is your opportunity to tell us what you think of the product upon receipt of your order or after several uses. Your comment should reflect your own opinion.
When you evaluate a product, you have the possibility to add a video or a picture of the assembled article when unpacked in action.
Publish your review
Your review will be visible on the evaluated product within 48 to 72 hours, after validation if it meets our general conditions.
It will then remain published as long as the product is offered for sale on the site or until you request its removal.
Note: Do not hesitate to consider the reviews useful and essential to make the right choice.

Reviews inspection by Alltricks
Alltricks undertakes to publish all reviews, whether positive or negative, and not to modify them.
The mention "Certified Buyer" guarantees that the person who left the review actually bought the product on the site.
Some notices may have been subject to consideration. These notices are always preceded by the words [This review has been collected in response to an offer].
Some reviews are submitted by Alltricks "experts". These are employees who are specialists and enthusiasts in their fields, and they help you choose your products. In order to be able to give you a relevant opinion, the Alltricks experts receive the products to be tested for free.
Alltricks uses a third-party service provider to collect and moderate reviews. This service provider has a great deal of expertise in this area and relies on high-performance moderation tools and a team of qualified moderators.
Reviews are checked before publication. On this occasion, reviews that do not directly concern the product are excluded, as well as reviews that do not comply with the general terms and conditions of use of the service or the instructions for submitting a review. Our service provider rejects, for example, reviews containing personal data, links to third-party sites, inappropriate content, etc.
Alltricks reserves the right to delete a review after the fact if it does not meet the conditions described above.Moderation is carried out indiscriminately on all customer reviews, regardless of their content.No later than 30 days following the submission of the review, you will receive an email informing you of the publication or motivated refusal of publication of your review.
We have the possibility of responding to a published customer review. We can also contact you following the writing of a review as part of our customer relationship management or to provide you with additional information.
Display of reviews
By default, reviews are displayed according to a "relevance" criterion. The relevance sorting takes into account several criteria, including usefulness votes, the latest reviews and photos.
You can also choose to rank the reviews according to the following criteria: "most useful" reviews, from highest to lowest, from lowest to highest, in chronological order ("most recent").
You can change or delete your reviews at any time.
Finally, any user can also:
• vote on the usefulness or otherwise of a published notice
• report abuse or non-compliance with these conditions
