The Fitness Mat 500 is 8 mm thick for greater comfort and protection during exercise.
The top of the mat is equipped with a polyurethane film for exceptional grip. Even if your hands are a little clammy, you won't slip and you'll be able to keep moving
It's super-versatile and will follow you on all your sporting adventures, whether it's Pilates, a bit of stretching or even weight training, at the gym or in the comfort of your own home.
For a minimal footprint, this fitness mat rolls up on itself. All you have to do is slip the supplied elastic bands over it, and off you go into the closet until your next session.
