Description

The SES 3.4 is the best road wheelset in the entire SES (Smart ENVE System) range. They have a different geometry at the front and at the rear, in order to gain in aerodynamics and maneuverability. The wheels in the SES range are never tested on their own (regardless of the frame) in the wind tunnel, for the simple reason that this would not conform to reality.

The SES 3.4 is the lowest rim in the SES range. The goal here was to create an aero wheel capable of competing uphill with the lightest wheels on the market, additionally offering increased aerodynamics and extra handling.

The braking surfaces of the wheels of the SES range have also been perfected thanks to the molding of a braking surface whose carbon texture allows the rider to modulate braking and increases efficiency in wet weather.

Beyond the improvements made to it in terms of aerodynamics, handling and braking, the SES 3.4. remains very light and very robust. Much of this is due to the patented ENVE spoke hole molding technology, which eliminates any unnecessary excess material through the use of continuous unidirectional carbon fibers all around the rim.

Every SES 3.4 carbon, tubular or tubeless version, is handcrafted in the USA.
