When the back roads and technical trails call, Rival answers. We have 1x, 2x, Mule, flannels and cutoff jeans configurations. Well, maybe not the last two, but you get the idea. Rival is ready for Gravel, off-road and back roads.
I want EXTREME Gravel. - It's time to go with Mule. Be a disruptive force by pairing Rival levers with a wide 10-50 or 10-52T Eagle cassette, Eagle chain and GX Eagle AXS rear derailleur. Tackle trails you'd normally reserve for your mountain bike with a Rival 1 Wide crankset and 38T chainring. MTB developments on a bike with road handlebars? Have fun on... any surface.
I want to race Gravel. - You're riding the fastest Gravel races, where a 10-36 cassette will pair perfectly with your choice of 1x chainring in the 38-42 tooth range. You can even opt for a 46D chainring on the Rival 1 Wide crankset if you have the legs for it or tend to stick to flat courses.
I want to go on a Gravel adventure. - Go for a 2x configuration to give you even more versatility with a 46/33 or 43/30 chainring combination. Your body will thank you when your bike is weighted down for a weekend camping trip or a month-long adventure. The 43/30 Wide crankset and accompanying Wide front derailleur even allow you to use wider tires with the cranks positioned further out
