WOMEN'S SL CUT: The SL back length is specific to women: on average, women have shorter backs than men. The SL's carrying system is therefore slightly shorter than that of standard Deuter backpacks. In addition, the carrying system is specially adapted to the female anatomy.
DEUTER AIRSTRIPES: A backpack should be securely fastened to the back in all situations. Our unique Airstripes system ensures a stable position with good ventilation: the two Airstripes cushions with ventilation channels allow for optimal air circulation with minimal contact with the back. The weight always remains close to the body. Centrifugal forces that could cause the backpack to come off will not occur. THE RESULT: Due to their small contact area, the Airstripes with ventilation channels guarantee free air circulation over more than 80% of the back - at the same time, the bag sits securely and compactly on the back.
