Ventilation channels in the 3D EVA foam keep the back cool. The padded waistband has a pocket that unfolds to hold your smartphone. If you don't need it, just remove it. The same goes for the integrated rain cover. The Lithium 30 Women is compatible with hydration systems. The side mesh pockets are easily accessible, even during exercise.
