The revolutionary concept of the AIRSHIELD back protector is the result of 10 years of experience in back protector technology, combining the highest standards in safety with maximum wearing comfort for ambitious enduro races.

The AIRO FLEX is an extremely stable, breathable and flexible fabric. It is integrated into our high-quality belts and allows optimal load distribution on the hips while simultaneously ensuring maximum ventilation and highest wearing comfort.


3D AIR MESH
This fabric with three-dimensional structure in different deniers (P75D * 30D) offers optimal ventilation and cushioning properties on the back and shoulder straps.

AIRO FLEX
This nylon fabric (herringbone band) is characterized by high flexibility, high stability and particularly good air permeability. Thanks to the combination of these properties, it is the optimal material to use for our high quality belts.

POLYGIENE EQUIPMENT
Polygiene is a special treatment of the fabric, during which silver ions are applied, preventing the appearance of microorganisms such as bacteria or fungi. This process prevents the formation of odors, the appearance of skin irritations and the risk of fungal diseases. The use of Polygiene also helps to reduce the impact on the environment since the treated fabrics no longer have to be washed as much, which increases the life of the products.

AIRSHIELD BACK PROTECTOR
The Xelion elastomer protection with a lattice structure allows 360 ° ventilation of the back and offers ergo-dynamic flexibility thanks to its hexagonal elements. The structure sits directly on the protector and features twelve mesh elastomer pads, reducing contact points for optimal breathing. This back system offers optimal wearing comfort thanks to the combination of ergonomic shoulder straps and padded by the mesh structure and extra large stabilizers on the hips in AIRO FLEX material.
