The Flow Smart offers all the features needed for a fully interactive indoor cycling experience. It connects to the most popular cycling apps, such as Zwift, Tacx and TrainerRoad. The resistance unit is enclosed to absorb noise. Plus, its wheeled design makes it easy to set up and store. This trainer is the perfect tool for winter training.

The Flow Smart communicates using ANT+ and Bluetooth wireless technologies, so you can easily train with your smartphone or tablet. Performance data can be read out on different devices at the same time, such as your phone and your bike computer or sports watch, for example.

When Flow Smart is not paired with a phone, tablet or computer, it behaves like a progressive training base: the higher your speed, the greater the resistance. However, the training base needs to be plugged in.
