To honor Jeff's incredible legacy, Vans launched an iconic new model designed specifically for skateboarding: the Skate Grosso Mid.
Repositioned DURACAP ? reinforcements, reworked shank, and a new, more textured two-piece protective strip on the toe make the Grosso Mid Skates tough enough to withstand the daily challenges of skateboarding. For more control on the board, your foot is sheathed by a new molded heel counter and a tongue attached from the inside. To ensure even more grip and feel on the board, even the rubber sole that made Vans famous has been enhanced with the SICKSTICK ? rubber compound. Plus, the energy-returning POPCUSH ? sockliner provides superior cushioning and impact protection while reducing leg fatigue, so you can skate longer. Reinforcements integrated into the heel have also been added to provide more support and stability.
The new Grosso Mid Skateboards feature an improved protective stripe and durable suede upper creating the iconic look you've been looking for, plus all the performance skateboarders need. To ensure you have the best model and the most modern performance on your skateboard, check the presence of the new checkerboard flag on the side.
