Description

In 2010, Castelli introduced the Gabba to the pros and changed the way the pros run in the rain. And cold. And ride the drive. All the other performance cyclists quickly realized that they needed to wear a Gabba in their wardrobe.

We made minor updates during the process, but for the fourth generation Gabba we started with a clean slate to perform a significant upgrade. This meant bringing it down to almost impermeable levels, which involved developing a new proprietary GORE-TEX INFINIUM WINDSTOPPER fabric. We made the warm fabric for the front with a light brush, while the back fabrics are lighter and more water repellent than the previous Gabba.

We made it better in the rain by sealing the seams on the shoulders and closing the zipper. According to the Team Sky tests, we decided that it was better to have two pockets that were easier to access with gloved hands, although we provided an internal sleeve to prevent your pump. or any other object to move.
It's not easy to make a better Gabba. We will continue to try.

We always thought that a jacket that becomes a vest is a bit useless. But a jacket that becomes a Gabba ... it's awesome.
