We have been involved in the racing world for a long time. DH is an exciting sport: technically and tactically very complex, both from a riding and mechanical point of view. As competitors, we work to win: prototype bikes, numerous tuning sessions, technical team on the competitions... . The World Cup circuit is an ideal laboratory for bike development and with six official teams and many independent riders, we make the most of it.
Our Supreme DH platform is constantly evolving. Its development is based on three main axes: more performance, more reliability and an overall strategy to always move upmarket. Since 2019, our riders have been riding Supreme DHs with differentiated 29/27 wheels. The results of this formula speak for themselves: Myriam Nicole is World Champion twice (2019-2021) and wins several World Cup rounds in 2021. Camille Balanche is World Champion in 2020. In the men's category, Amaury Pierron and Thibaut Daprela also won several World Cup races with this bike. Thibaut Daprela is even on the overall World Cup podium for his first two Elite seasons in 2020 and 2021!
It is clear that with the results of our professional teams and all of our independent riders, the Supreme DH has become the reference in DH racing. This year's development has resulted in a number of advances in the frame:
- The switch to differentiated wheels allows the rider to maintain the confidence and climbing ability of a 29" front wheel, but also gain grip and handling with a 27.5" rear wheel.
- Increased overall stiffness for more precision and less energy loss.
- Position of the main pivot point and kinematics developed for more dynamism at the push.
- More linear kinematics that allows to ride with a lower SAG without loss of comfort.
- Position of the wheel thought to keep a good chain tension, limit its effect on the suspension and for more efficiency at the pedaling.
