Ideal for running races and for difficult conditions (heat, cold?). For efforts between 2 and 4 hours. Isotonic energy drink enriched with Magnesium.
Usage tips:
- Storage before the race: 2 to 3 days before a long distance race to "over-store" carbohydrates, put 1 sachet of 50 g in 0.6 l of water and drink it during the day.
- Normal use: Put a sachet of 50 g per container of 0.6 l.
- In hot weather, put a 50 g sachet in a 0.8 l can.
- During the effort: It is a drink which behaves very well in the race because of its neutral taste very little sweet and its isotonicity.
- Smart tip: Served as a drink during meals, the tri sources carbohydrate integrator will see its impact on blood sugar levels decrease and behave like real slow sugars.
