The box used is therefore lighter and less bulky. All you have to do is reassemble them and enjoy your new bike. We recommend adjusting the saddle height, tire pressure, and suspensions according to your preferences.

Homemade banana porridge

This roasted banana porridge is inspired by Franco-Caribbean cuisine and has become one of Firepot's favorite morning dishes. Bananas ripen for maximum flavor, then are caramelized in brown sugar, with a layer of freshly squeezed lime juice for a subtle touch. Rye flakes and raw cacao nibs are then added for extra crunch, before organic rolled oats are incorporated for a creamy finish.

INGREDIENTS:

Fresh bananas (45%), organic rolled oats (35%), desiccated coconut (7%), Demerara sugar (6%), lime juice, rye flakes, coconut oil, cocoa flakes (2.5%), coconut oil, lime zest. Allergens : Oats, rye flakes.
