Fit4 cartridge:
The fourth generation, our patented FIT4 cartridge system (FOX Isolated Technology) allows three instantaneous positions for compression damping (open, medium and firm) to adapt to the different conditions encountered on the trails. . The forks in the Factory series also include 22 clicks to adjust low speed compression in open mode to allow mountain bikers to adjust the damping with great precision.
The FIT4 cartridge has been redesigned inspired by the HSC / LSC model, which has been used many times, in order to improve the damping whatever the fork. This year, the FIT4 shock absorber is equipped with a new adjustment which offers better sensitivity while retaining the support.
The FLOAT pneumatic shock absorber developed for forks 32, 34 and 40 is lighter and reduces the force required to trip. It offers excellent sensitivity to small bumps whatever the weather and the pressure setting.
Similar to our FLOAT shock absorbers, the new FLOAT system offers negative and positive chambers that balance automatically. This provides proper pressure for each bike. The progression of the damping curve is adjustable by means of spacers for the air volume so that the mountain bikers can precisely adjust the behavior of the pneumatic damper.
