This must-have training shoe features a lighter, more breathable upper than our previous version without losing any of the strength and comfort to bring out your best and dominate your workouts. This version features a retractable heel that allows you to put it on without your hands and then snap back into place to hold your foot.

Easy on/off
Featuring FlyEase technology, the flexible heel retracts when you put the shoe on and then snaps back into place.
A dynamic stride
Flexible and responsive, Nike React foam provides comfortable, lightweight, dynamic cushioning when you engage in cardio workouts and sprints.
Grip from all angles
Gripy rubber wraps around the arch for intense rope climbs. The rubber outsole gives you optimal grip and stability when you go from the gym floor to the pavement.
Stability for weighttraining

The flat, wide heel gains stability with an internal plate that distributes weight from edge to edge. It also moves with your foot for comfort during your cardio workouts and sprints.
Lightweight mesh with textured reinforcements on wear areas to give you maximum coolness without losing strength.
A tongue locks the laces with a hook and loop closure to keep you out of the way.
A heel clip keeps you from slipping when exercising against the wall.
Grooves on the sole allow the forefoot to bend naturally.
