Description
This Pride wheelset is designed for BMX Race use, it is a product for competition. It has carbon fiber rims, which reduces the weight and increases the stiffness. Pride Racing rims have an oval shape that optimizes rigidity against gravitational forces. Very high quality hubs and rims to offer you good results during your races on the track.
For the Control Pride hubs, the French brand keeps its 6/60 system providing 180 points of engagement, innovates with a new hub body more imposing, CNC machined in 6061-T6 aluminum.
Hubs that accompany most of the Top riders today. An Olympic gold medal with Beth. Shriever in 2021, a first place in the World Cup in 2022 in Glasgow with Jérémy Rencurel. These Pride Control hubs are extremely efficient when it comes to sending on the track. With its 180 engagement points, it allows an almost immediate boost. The whole with an aluminum body to save a maximum of weight.
Rear hub
Created and developed exclusively for BMX Race, the Pride Gravity rim meets the most extreme requirements of the practice. The Gravity Aero UD Gloss rim is made of Today T700 carbon and has an ultra low profile: 25mm high and 31,5mm wide. These dimensions avoid wind resistance while optimizing vertical and lateral stiffness.
The Gravity Aero rim is tubeless compatible. This requires the use of a specific rim tape, valve and tubeless tire.
The rear rim does not have brake pads, it is only compatible with disc brakes.
