Buying guide

Designed for the practice of All-Mountain, the Bell Sixer Mips helmet has a large number of ventilation points and features Mips technology for more effective protection of your head in the event of a fall. This helmet has been designed to be thinner, closer to your head and very comfortable to wear with Float Fit technology. It is also compatible with your mask.


Details:

  • Mips: mips®-equipped - mips stands for Multidirectional Impact Protection System, which is an advanced sliding technology inside the helmet designed to reduce rotational forces that can result from certain impacts.
  • Construction: In-Mold Fused Polycarbonate Shell - A process pioneered by bell binds the outer shell of the helmet to the foam liner of eps to create a stronger helmet.
  • Gradual Lamination: The process of designing a helmet liner with varying eps foam densities to better manage energy transfer after certain impacts / exposed polycarbonate roll cage
  • Visor: 4-Position Adjustable Visor: The non-slip design allows for on-the-fly adjustments, so the driver can position the visor at the desired angle by simply pulling the visor up or down.
  • Number of vents: 26 helmet vents, 4 front ports
  • Interior / Liner Type: Sweat-guide pad design wicks moisture away from forehead pad and glasses
  • x-static padding - quick-drying materials, woven with real silver fibers, prevent the growth of bacteria and fungi causing bad odors
  • Vent Type: Dual-flow ventilation features vents along the forehead to provide ventilation and help defog the glasses
  • Adjustment System: The Flotation Stroke - an advanced, lightweight adjustment system, with perfect integration with mirrors, an easy-to-turn dial, wide-range vertical adjustment and width-adjustable padded cradles
